• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

• Guests must provide valid identification and accurate personal details during check-in.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining decorum and respecting hotel property and staff.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, if applicable.
• Illegal activities, loud disturbances, or behavior that affects other guests are strictly prohibited.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation or ask guests to vacate the premises in case of policy violations.

• Airotel Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings unless deposited with hotel management for safekeeping.
• The hotel shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss arising from circumstances beyond its control, including natural calamities, power failures, or government restrictions.
• Use of hotel facilities is at the guest's own risk.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
